The Gettysburg Writers Brigade usually does its reading night on the third Wednesday of every month. Because of a mix-up, we’ll do doing readings this Wednesday, July 25.
Everyone doing a reading has five minutes to read something of their own or something from another writer that they like. Critiques don’t have to be given if you don’t want them, and those that are given should be positive in nature.
We meet at O’Rorke’s Restaurant on Steinwehr Avenue in Gettysburg at 7 p.m. every Wednesday. Come out and join us. All are welcome! You don’t need to write a particular genre or even be published. You just have to want to learn more about writing and enjoy the company of fellow writers.
